HOW did agr/chi o place in everything when their stuff wasn't even that great?? how did sig ep/gphi, sigma chi/zeta & snu/kappa not place in house deck? AND LASTLY, how the heckkkk did kappa/snu get 2nd in sweepstakes if they only placed in frenzy & farmhouse/phi mu placed in almost everything?

so here's a big old s/o to the homecoming execs for ruining homecoming. if you're going to have people pomp 10+ hours a week for 2+ months, you MUST judge fairly. or people are going to stop participating.

Thank you for putting this out there and saying so well how I am feeling!!! Several pairings were left without any award and they were really deserving (Sigma Chi/Zeta for one)! I think we should all send letters or emails to the office of whoever is in charge? There were a lot of mistakes made this year!

I overheard a bunch of fraternity guys saying that if things are not changed to make the judging more unbiased next year A couple of fraternities won't be participating and spending the money to build a deck.

It should be interesting to see how Hoco plays out next year

I'm in a house that didn't place in much, and working THAT hard and not getting any recognition, well basically I feel like giving up and never doing homecoming again. If my house didn't want to put up a dec next year, I'd be more than okay with it because why try that hard only for a pairing to win because they are already known as a top house. ugh:(

kappa/snu places 2nd overall because they got 1st in frenzy, 6th in dec, 5 in harvest carnival, and 4th in sign! just because they weren't announced during homecoming hoops, doesn't mean other houses didn't place... 5th, 6th, 7th get points too....

It's not just the other things it's also how Chi O wins house dec every year regardless of how unremarkable their dec is. People are just tired of it. Hope somebody knows and will work on making it more fair.

Agreed. PM got higher ranks than that in quite a bit of things but I also don't keep up with all the events very well so I could be wrong
