new rank for 2016

Based on grades, involvement, looks and retention and recruitment. These 4 sororities always bring their best- they have a great history here at OSU except for gphi needs to work on their involvement not sure about their grades - KD and Chi win a lot and are super involved and so is Kappa Kappa Gamma and theta.

Move KD to middle tier -- kind of active but not well respected or popular with pnms

I wouldn't put KD in the top tier based on recruitment. They're not as popular with the PNMs as the other houses are.

This would be actually perfect if you switched KD and Pi Phi.

KD is not top tier but they are good at shows! They are on here a lot with this kind of ratings :)
