Thetas are no worse, and often much better than, any other group of young ladies on campus.
But hear this. I couldn't care less about what clothes or makeup some sorority wears. That's not what makes a group "cheap" or "not cheap."
What makes a group-- or an individual-- classy is a genuine consideration for other people's feelings, working to elevate others even if it means you get downgraded in the process.
Obviously this is something that some of the OSU campus need to work on.

Girls who aren't dressing for boys don't wear clothes from Forever 21 and places like that. They're the cheap clothes that the comment is about.

Either way, commenting about someone's cheap clothes is pretty low. Not everyone has the privilage of their mommy or daddy buying them $300 shoes

im not a theta, i'm not even greek. but i do know multiple (my best friends) & they are the most kind and genuine girls. i hang out over there a lot & i know exactly who you are talking about & I want you to know thats not how all of them are, only the select few from that group... who honestly i see as pi phis more than thetas bc of the way they are. overtime i go hang out with my friend they all come talk to me even though i dropped recruitment bc i was cut from there due to my grades, they want to get to know people but people view them in the same light in as that group & it kills their reputation.
also the forever 21 comment is very false bc all of them had money they just don't flaunt it like the pi phis and kappas, bc they're real girls.

Uh, they don't have money - their parents do. Some of the wealthiest people I know are that way because save their money or spend it at discount stores.
Who cares where anyone buys their clothes from. If they do, how pitiful is that?

Clothes from Forever 21 are not just inexpensive, they are cheap. I have more respect for girls who wear carefully chosen clothes from inexpensive places like Target or Ross than I do for girls who choose cheap looking clothes at places like Forever 21.
