It depends. If every single house dropped you because you had a horrible GPA or because they googled and found out your summer job involved stripping or something, then you are not going to get a bid during COB.

But if you have a decent GPA and a decent background and the reason all of the houses cut you was because you just didn't make a great impression, then your odds of getting a COB bid are pretty good. You will have to be interested and enthusiastic, though. All chapters will cut you if they get the impression you don't want to be there (even if that's not really the case).
