When does house billing begin? Does one pay an out-of-house bill as a freshman living in a dorm? Thx.

I'm not in a house, but I wondered about it while considering sorority life. Why do the ladies have to live in the dorm AND pay a house bill freshman year while the dudes don't :(?

Ahhhh okay. You either pay an in house bill or an out of house bill. If you live out of house you often times still get free meals and free printing, wifi, tv, and other things
