what is a snap bid and how does it work ?

If a house does not make quota during bid matching tonight, they can extend bids ASAP (hence, "snap bids") to PNM's who withdrew earlier in the week or who did not bid match tonight. These bids must be accepted on the spot so that the girls can go to bid day with all of the other girls who matched during the bid match process.

Snaps are fairly rare as most every house makes quota. Looks like there will be one newer house that will probably miss quota again this year and need to snap tomorrow and then COB later this semester.

probably not - if you cut them maybe you could. If they cut you probably not.
