Bottom: ADPi, aopi, ddd, a xi d
Each house in each category have similar girls, pairings and character. You can't name rah house in order when really they are meant to be grouped into top, middle, bottom

Are you objecting that people keep trying to tell you that Theta isn't considered a top house anymore? Not to even mention the hazing scandal that we got blamed for reporting. The Thetas hate all the other houses because they want to retell the hazing incident as playing duck dduck goose. Ridiculous.

I heard it was a decision by the Theta alum group to do what they could to bring Theta back up by a pr campaign.

Top houses are Chi O and G Phi - no real controversy but they are very different.
The upper mid houses are Theta and Kappa. Both used to be top houses but they've each had problems and have slipped pretty significantly. Theta has been the most active on greekrank, but Kappa had the most problems and didn't make quota last Aug. Still, they do have a past reputation that puts them above the next tier.
The middle houses are Zeta, Pi Phi, Alpha Chi, Kappa Delta, and Phi Mu. These houses are incredibly different and each one has problems. Pi Phis would move their house up but other people might even move them down one rank.
The lower middle are ADPi, AOPi, Tri Delta and AXiD. Some people have put them as bottom houses, but they are really good and all have some really quality girls.

Good points. I'd maybe move Kappa down because they didn't make quota. I think that's pretty telling about the state of their house.
