I would call the OSU Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs and ask them for help. The answer to your question might depend on the house, but I am willing to bet you do for all. There are way more girls rushing than there are spots, so any edge you have can't hurt. A recommendation says that someone can vouch for you...that you are not a risk for that chapter (grades, personality, etc) to pledge you.

Ask on facebook, have your mom ask her friends, ask ladies at church and check with teachers. It will take some work but it will be worth it.

I have so many friends in my house who didn't have any Rec letters, and my house is required to have those to give bids! If a house wants you badly enough they will find an alumni to write you one when the time comes. Trust me, everything always works out the way it's supposed to! Rush week is super stressful so just trust the system!

Get online to Tulsa area Panhellenic or OKC area Panhellenic website, depending on where you're from. They have a form for you to fill out and they'll take care of getting all your recs. They make it very easy to get recs.

Don't take a chance. Put some effort into it and you can get recs for every house. If a house likes you and another girl and she has the rec you lack, it's way easier for them to take her and release you.

It takes effort to get recs. That's one way to show a sorority that you care about it.
