XO both have great grades, involvement, social calendar, strong presence on campus

KKG (though they had ALOT of snap bids so we will see this year, not strong showing in events )
GPHI - a good return rate - but not good grades or involvement and they lost a lot of girls after rush.in my opinion this is a make or break year)
Zeta/KD/achio- KD wins a lot of awards/events, good grades, nice girls, 1st sorority here at our school but they need to work on recruitment to be considered top tier- maybe this is their year?
Pi phi- not good return rates- known for having a mean sisterhood- do not represent the spirit of what greek life is supposed to be about. however they did win/place in some events this year so maybe they can work on their sisterhood.

DDD- they had a solid year with campus involvement and they placed in some events so I am hoping that this next year is a really good one for them.

Agree. Most of the houses get along pretty well with Pi Phi as the exception. I would say that most people would consider G Phi above Theta and for sure above Kappa. Theta definitely above Kappa too. Pi Phi is having a very hard time recruiting and Chi O gets anyone they want (if they're not turned off by the religious leanings of the house.)

Not really, most gphis and thetas get along and a lot of them are friends with each other. Whoever is starting drama on here isn't either of them I'm guessing
