What a clever way to rip GPhi by accusing them of ripping your house. It must be hard for you to admit that no one knows who's ripping whom. But so clever of you to pretend you do in order to rip your competition.

Pi phi has always been a top house no matter the hate that is gets
It may not be with xo but it is in the same tiers as theta gphi and kappa

Pi Phi has a long standing reputation I agree. I think that since I've been here it's different though because outstanding girls don't seem to want PBP. They get a few middle girls that are nice but not outstanding then they get a lot of problem girls that the top houses don't want.
