I hear the top houses already know which girls they plan to give bids to before recruitment starts. Is this true?

Some girls choose a "rush crush" which is a girl that they reallllllly want in their house. That doesn't mean that they will necessarily be in that house. In fact, the same girl could be the rush crush of more than one girl in more than one house. Some houses think that a girl will take a bid from them because she has a sister in the house or whatever. But that girl may actually choose a different house where she has close friends. It happens every year. So don't worry. You have as good a chance as anyone if you match the vibe of that house.

Houses don't know who will be in their houses. They may know who they want but then they still have to get them. There's always room for smalltown and oos girls that no one knows.

They know some girls already that they like but also they know some they don't like. It is a double edge sword.
