What happens during recruitment behind closed doors is a secret to each house, but I will give you this piece of advice; yes, if a girl in a specific house doesn't like you, it would be harder to get a bid from them. But 1 girl does not speak for the other 200 girls in their chapter. No matter what, you will talk to at least one girl in every house. Try and make a good impression to ensure that you prove whatever girl that may not like you wrong. :) we know better than anyone who we think would be a good fit for our house, so be yourself and don't stress about silly things that may have happened in high school!! Good luck girly, there's nothing to be nervous about 😘

Well there are just rumors out there about me...but i have really good grades and have a pretty good rep.

Lol really? You say that as if you don't know anyone who's ever had an untrue rumor spread about them. Heck, in my sorority alone there have been multiple rumors that resulted out of a drunken story and misscommunication.
One house can't speak for all, and I'm sure that whatever rumor is going around won't affect you too badly if it's not true

Then you say: "won't affect you too badly"
They literally mean the same thing. I'm a realistic person ,you live in fantasy world where everyone is perfect. Rumors, even if untrue, can hurt your reputation. Good houses that can make quota regardless might take someone who doesn't have rumors about them over someone else.

I was just asking a simple question. No need to start arguing over dumb stuff.................maybe greek life isn't for me if everyone is constantly in competition with one another. I think it's stupid that college girls are so worried about the stuff that happens in high school. Aren't we supposed to be mature? And isn't college a place to have a fresh start????????
