Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Oklahoma State University - OSU 3.4 It seems that PM's page is pretty polarized. People are getting mad that they are about to move up to top tier so they are down voting them on here. To offset their rank becoming lower they have been trying to even it out with giving 5.0 ranks which actually just makes them look bad. So this is the actual rank. Agree or disagree, the fact of the matter is that they are becoming a strong house, whether you give them good rankings or bad rankings on this site
