The leaders pick/slate their friends to run for office. The leaders pick their friends who think like they do and they set the tone for this chapter. The tone - weirder girls in charge of a house that takes everybody because they have to. Too bad those in charge bring down a group of girls that get it and would reflect well on the chapter. Leaders don't listen or care.
