I'm not in a sorority but I have hung out with these guys. By far the nicest most welcoming fraternity I've visited. The guys here are very friendly and polite. Party wise I wouldn't say they're out of control. Very southern gentleman feel to these guys. I don't see hardly any of them wearing their letters on campus, and I haven't heard many people talk about them. On the grade ranking I know alot of them are really focused and hardworking when it comes to school. Overall very welcoming guys.

I used to hate on delt but recently (past year) they've had amazing pledge classes and are doing well on campus. I feel like in a year they will be top tier as long as they get some good pledges again.

House is doing better than it was two years ago but still a lot of area to improve. 15/20 for grades definitely is going to kill you in recruiting as well as an insecure spring pledge from '11. A lot of potential, still bottom tier though.

I've met quite a few of their freshman pledge class and most if them are really cute, but just like every house they have a couple guys that aren't as outgoing or attractive. They don't seem to wear letters on campus a lot though. The only way I find out they're delts is talking to them in class and such, and I hang out with a couple I've met pretty regular so I've probably met most of the ones I know at parties and just hanging out at the house. Middle tier guys but need to be more involved.

Don't listen to the ratings, they are based off opinion, and only you can decide the quality of each of a fraternity

Although they haven't regained top status on campus, this house is rebuilding and going strong. Keep up the good work boys! -Rush Delt!-

You all may have received second place at the Chi O dance competition for Wish Week. But you are still the worst house on campus. Second in dance off. Last in rankings.

Delt isn't the most popular chapter on campus but they are definitely the most genuine boys I have ever met through Greek Life. The 2012 pledge class is making some serious changes and are trying extremely hard to build up their chapter. It is very obvious that they all care about their brothers and respect women. I have never met one Delt that I didn't get along with or couldn't make me laugh. They are my favorite house and I have high hopes for them in years to come.
