Rush is soon and I want to warn ALL potential members about this house. It’s very unorganized, rules are applied unequally, some execs are on power trips and incredibly immature. It’s too expensive for a house that is lacking in many ways. For example the filthy balcony that could be nice but isn’t taken care of. Rooms are tiny and nothing as nice as other houses. Events at this house are usually done on a small cheap scale compared to other houses yet it’s one of the most expensive. Stay away.

Pi Phi is top tier here and Nationally. Like them or not, they are the girls everyone loves to hate. Pretty, rich, blonde, popular, Queen bees. They stick together. Jealous houses trash them.
