I don't think people mean to be rude. They're just commenting that Pi Phi isn't like it was several years ago. They used to get every girl they wanted in recruitment. Now they don't. And their standards are a bit "relaxed" as far as behavior goes. The older girls really have done some misbehaving. If you're a Pi Phi, just take this as constructive criticism and bring your house back up.
