Everyone likes to talk bad about these guys and generalize. It's easy to be jealous of these guys because they practically live in a country club compared to the hole in the wall houses that everyone else lives in.

Visited from another college this past weekend. Met some great people. However, I was appalled by the lack of some responsibility by a few Theta's at a party off of third street I believe. One of them stole a hamster from someone and microwaved it for a few seconds. It didn't blow up but it was cruel.

Hotness/Attractiveness has nothing to do with an overall house but they do have some of the best looking guys and the best dressed guys on campus. A fact that stands for itself in the Popularity and Campus Involvement is that they had 3 top ten freshman this year. Classiness is an understatement, i've never seen a SigEp not dressed classy, they dress for success and reap the benefits. They may not be known as a party house but their parties are so much fun, they always provide everything and are gentlemen no matter the circumstance. They even went in their own pockets and bought all the Sororities flowers for initiation... coming from a girl, that meant the world.
