Partying is a good way to meet people and associate with others and bond with your brothers. Nothing wrong with that. I wouldn't be surprised if they are a strong brotherhood. I'm a phi delt and we party a lot. I'm really close to everyone and I wouldn't be surprised if everyone there is too
