never got the rushing chance(alpha xi delta)

Filled out the new member program and did email nicole about rushing and she did email me back about the date and time of the meeting yet never got a meeting location and who I would be meeting because she never got back to me. My gpa is does meet the requirement for sure. Guess I'll have to wait until fall to rush then.

The same thing happened to me. Don't let it get you down. We get to wait until fall now where there will be plenty of houses looking for girls!

I know about fall which why I still get my top choice house well a good friend in that house so I'll try to rush that house. I'll still going to try to rush alpha xi though. My gpa isn't that high yet meets requirements. thanks girl. good luck to you too in the fall. Thank god I wasn't the only one. Probably be easier to get a bid in the fall coz possibly a lot less girls(only 2 houses this spring compared to the 6 spring 2015).

I just got my email back. They aren't done meeting with people and handing out bids. Not sure if I wanna go Xi or wait for fall, but I am gonna meet with Xi this week still

I still wouldn't mind going with xi at all so yes to still going with xi. Wouldn't mind waiting until fall either yet I'm 100% positive about alpha xi delta for sure. Thanks so much for the info dubveerushee. I have yet to get an email from them but just have to wait i guess.

Actually Senior I think they are a much more solid chapter since their purge last year. Way less drama.

It's spring recruitment and informal/COB at that. So they don't technically have to follow the rules of formal recruitment. You can't go into process like this and expect to get a bid

please ignore what happened last year there were obvious issues and there has been a new recruitment chair placed in nicole's spot, don't get discouraged and try again!!
