So I'll be a sophomore in the fall but a junior next spring. I plan on going to grad school at WVU. My plan is to rush in the fall but I was wondering if I could still be considered an active member my first year of grad school since I wouldn't have been active for 4 years yet. Thank you.

It depends on the national org's policy regarding grad students. I'd recommend googling the national organizations and checking out their websites for any information.
