truthful fraternity descriptions

Pretty decent descriptions of fraternities here or rushees (no order):

KA- have the biggest house on campus, pretty diverse group of guys. Most of all them are really nice but they get unnecessary hate at times.

SAE- well rounded, nice guys but many of them come off as the "friend zone" kind of guys. Have a lot of socials are are always popular among sorties. Do a really good job in most aspects.

TKE- your stereotypical "juice head" frat with tons of kids from Jersey, although they're not all like that. Definitely one of the fraternities well known for partying. One of the more popular houses.

Phi Sig- arguably the best fraternity (atleast in terms of partying). Kind of their own secret group cause they don't really associate with many fraternities. Tons of girls like them but most the guys I meet are pretty arrogant. Have an insane party room.

Pike- they are pretty similar to SAE but are also more popular due to SAE's housing situation. Most of the guys are super friendly and athletic. Popular among many sorties. Kind of hurt them losing their house but they still do fine

Sigma Chi- one of the more popular houses on campus although they got in tons of trouble last school year. Most of the guys are what you would expect as stereotypical fraternity guys with duck boots and vineyard vines. Popular among sororities and associate with Pike

For being a "senior" you sure left out a lot of frats. So either you have very little knowledge of the Greek community or your one of those who think those are the only frats who matter. Either way what a joke.

That's not true. KA and phi sig are gonna be off next week. Probably some Sammy was pissed his fraternity wasn't on here and wrote that
