From what I can remember, Phi Psi can't even recharter until ever brother and or "potential new member" graduates from WVU.
So if you were a freshman in the fall of 2013, then you will probably graduate in the Spring or Fall of 2017.
I am pretty sure they'll come back during the 2017-2018 year, which is two years from now. So I guess we'll see.
DTD got kicked off Spring 2006 and didn't come back until the Fall of 2013 but didn't get their house until the Fall 2015, almost nine years. So it could be a while before Phi Psi claims their "mansion" again.

Its probably going to be another DTD situation. They got kicked off for a set number of years by their nationals then it took them a few years after that to get housing back. Or like how Sig Ep had to recharter years after they lost the Gatskins house and they still didn't get it back even though its technically theirs.
