KA - Their house keeps them relevant and thats pretty much all they got going for them. However, few years back they cleaned house and actually Sigma Nu was living in the house with KA for a year (that had to be weird). Their brotherhood is definitely no a strong point of theirs. They always seem to throw parties but its actually just a bunch of them on their porch smoking cigs because they can't damage their house like some fraternities can. The only place they can party is not even bigger than TKE's party basement and their garage is comparable to Pike's and Sig Chi's extra land they luckily have. Obviously their alumni are doing something right with that house, but i think thats the only thing going for them.
Theta Chi - You definitely do not join this house because of the outside appeal. At glance, it looks like just another regular GDI house. However, they throw great outdoor parties and have a great brotherhood. They literally dominate philanthropy sports. I've never really seen them in trouble before and their house location definitely helps with that.

AGR- When they decide to party, everyone knows its a great time. Their philanthropy fundraiser is indisputably number one. No one messes with AGR and they are content by just staying under the radar and having country fun.
