Better than sigma chi. Sigma Chi's don't even exist on campus

Phi sig, pike and sig chi are definitely top tier. They all have positives and negatives sides about them. The only edge is that when pike and sigma chi throw down together. They're unbeatable

SAE and Sigma Nu are way better than Theta Chi and Fiji. Move them to Upper-Mid and DTD to lower-mid and it's pretty accurate.

Sig Chi and Phi Sig are definitely vying for the top position. After that it's very competitive. KA has a great house but have had their reputation take some knocks. TKE used to better but they're facing financial troubles. DTD is up and coming but still retains a some "not-so-frat" brothers due to their first "sign your name here" class. SAE has kicked ass with their monopoly in SGA and IFC, but their Nationals screwed them by getting rid of pledging. PIKE is okay but their recent class of 50 wreaks of desperation and their house is a dork room. SAMMY is alright, but their house security is grim since they lack alumni finances to actually own a house. Sig Nu are a bunch of try hards that have some decent brothers but more awkward brothers than any other Frat. The rest are just there lol

Not a chance DTD is better than PIKE, thats just me.

Switch Sammy with dtd and everything seems correct
