Does Sigep own the house or are they renting from Beta? Who gets the house next year -- or semester?

Beta is off campus for about four years till all members have graduated. They then will have to recolonize on campus which will take around two years so sig Ep will retain that house for another at least 6-7 years

SigEp's suspension of chapter activities will continue until the police investigation is complete. A membership review by the national fraternity is standard procedure, both to limit future claims for potential future bad acts and to protect its relationship to the host school if a closure and recolonization is necessary. Given that the current house was a "reach goal" in terms of membership size, any reduction in manpower may require rehousing to smaller unit.
