Is there any way to get around the GPA rule? Or is it something they are strict about?

If you're a girl, sororities are strict about it. Panhellenic has a minimum to rush, but a lot of the sororities have their own GPA requirements

Even if you pass the min Panhellenic gpa req. you might not make what some sororities have set as standards for their chapter.
