KA/Sig Chi - the closest you'll get here to "southern traditional" fraternities. KA's house is obviously the nicest on campus.
TKE- the jersey frat. Used to be grouped with Pi Kapp, but they obviously aren't a thing anymore. They party almost every night of the week.
Phi Sig - throw the occasional banger (700 people), probably the best party room on campus
PIKE- a lot of them went to private high schools. Do very well for themselves for having a sub-par house. Used to pull the most numbers out of any other fraternity.
Theta Chi - still get good numbers even with the small house, good relations with other fraternities
Sig Ep/SAE- smart guys. A lot of your SGA and engineering students are members of these fraternities. Have the occasional party.
Sig Nu- did well for themselves for only having 2 annex houses last year. Interested to see how the year goes for them in the old Boreman RFL house
Sammy - gets a bad rep because of all the open parties they have throughout the year--cool for geeds, but not for members. cool guys but they need to work on that
Alpha Sig - the new guys in town, so they get a lot of hate. Seem to be making great use out of their party room
DTD- also new guys in town. Afraid to throw huge parties, which is understandable because so many fraternities have been kicked off campus recently. Have a lot of weird brothers who bring their rep down.
FIJI- likes to do their own thing. They party, but mainly stay under the radar
Phi Delt- runs Forest Ave, not concerned with having an actual house, instead they have several annex houses. Will never be a huge chapter, still pull good numbers

I think DTD hasn't had a blowout party yet because they are still remodeling their downstairs and they just moved in recently? I would consider SAE more Southern than KA. From what I've seen KA has a lot of kids from the Northeast. Sigma Chi is mostly Charleston kids, so that's somewhat "Southern" I guess. I honestly never heard that PIKE had a lot of kids from private school either.

A lot of the guys in Sigma Chi and SAE went to the same two high schools in Charleston, mainly they all went to GW. I wouldn't consider either to be really southern, but relative to the other fraternities sure.
