DG:cont....because they like to party and a lot of them are outgoing. I'd say they have been top tier for a while even though they get in trouble a lot.Solid sisterhood mediocre involvement. One of the harder houses to get a bid from (but less concerned with grades than KKG or Phi).
Chi O: Pot head stigma seems to follow them around. A wide variety of different girls some strange and some who seem to have a lot going for them. Probably a dozen or so gorgeous girls and then the rest just average looking. I can see them being top in a few years if they become more selective during recruitment the variety of girls makes it seem like they will give a bid to anyone. Sisterhood seems legit and the girls seem down to earth.

Sigma Kappa: You don’t see them out much.Variety of girls some really pretty and some average. Some of the girls seem to have that “this sorority is the best thing that ever happen to me!” mentality and fit that cookie cutter sorority girl. They were on social probation for a while because they had a party during the moratorium, even before that though they were kind of irrelevant. Good sisterhood, ok involvement. Middle tier house. Usually pretty good at recruitment because there isn't a lot bad to say about them.

Please not this crap again!! Yeah some groups are a little glossier than others but all have a mix. I've seen some gorgeous girls in "lower tier" and some majorly not so gorgeous girls in "top tier." And btw, with 8 sororities all with over a 100 members I don't think there are tiers...just different choices based on where a girl feels comfortable. From the length of the "evaluations"of certain houses I think there is some self love going on!!!!

I couldn't agree more with the above listing - seems slightly one sided - I'm guess your either a Phi or Kappa and most prefffed those houses as well. Let's be real this site is full of bull and anyone going thru rush needs see what the house are like for themselves - you'll be able to find and make your own option after the first day and def by the second and then pledge whatever house makes them happy. If anything WVU needs atleast 2 more sororties for a tiered and make the pledge classes much smaller than they are currently - but at the end they want everyone to find their home.

No honey. Eight sororities. Seven of them are basically interchangeable; one is kinda nerdy but full of sweet girls.

PNMs- keep an open mind! I preffed a "top tier" and "middle tier" and I ended up "suiciding" the middle tier one because they made me feel at home and the girl at the top tier house basically interrogated me at Pref.

In the end, you need to go where you feel comfortable, otherwise you'll drop.
