So with Pi Kapp done and SAE moving from the now Delt house to taking over the Pi Kapp house does that mean that all currently chartered chapters now have houses??

ΔΤΔ's chartering process is a bit more strenuous than other Fraternities. Their petition for chartering has been processing/reviewed for the past +3 months but will be officially approved during their house warming party in August. Technically you are correct though, they don't have a charter but were still able to o̶b̶t̶a̶i̶n̶ "buy" a house. Ra Ra Delta Tau

Thank goodness!! I was getting so concerned wondering when the Delts would be chartered! I haven't slept since I saw your tent in front of the lair just thinking about it! Wow! This is amazing! I'm so happy!
