ΔΤΔ's chartering process is a bit more strenuous than other Fraternities. Their petition for chartering has been processing/reviewed for the past +3 months but will be officially approved during their house warming party in August. Technically you are correct though, they don't have a charter but were still able to o̶b̶t̶a̶i̶n̶ "buy" a house. Ra Ra Delta Tau
