the new frats

I believe out of these frats one frat will become a top tier. all these frats have a "nerdy" reputation. but so did SAE and they were a top tier. I think there can be only one nerdy, good guy, traditional, smart frat that is top tier. so which one do you think will?
DTD, Alpha Sig, Sig ep, Sammy, sig nu?
these frats will all have a house next semester, although the time they will have a house is contraversial. which frat is most likely to rise to top

my guess of any of those frats is alpha sig. I am in a frat not mentioned, and I can confidently say a lot of people in greek life hate dtd and sig nu. People really think they are losers. I think Sammy is ok but they are gonna lose that house pretty soon. I dont see kappa sig coming back for a long time so alpha sig well have a really nice house for a long time and actually have a chance to build

DTD and Sigma Nu might not be top, but at least we know who they are. What's an Alpha Sig?
