If you wanna be honest, with the way the fraternities here operate, they are gonna be one of the only ones not kicked out by the time you graduate.

Delts will probably be cool in like 5 years. people think their gonna be huge first year they get a house. thats just not how it works. their still small so they still need a lot of members so their gonna give bids to everyone meaning average pledge classes. also their sorority relations will be the worst on frat row. overall it will take years until they are a mid/top tier fraternity

Delt is easily one of the worst frats on campus..you couldn't pay me to join.If you have any self respect don't embarrass yourself by joining
