do i have a chance?
by: MinaeveDo I have a chance at getting a bid during spring recruitment? I did formal in the fall, but got dropped from every house. I would like to join Chi O or DG since I heard that they're the "stoner" houses, but Chi O isn't doing spring and I heard that it's harder to get a bid during spring. So should I go anywhere else in case DG doesn't bid me? Which houses doing informal are ok with stoners?

Actually my roommate is a Pi Phi, and they're not really known as a stoner sorority. Plus, they're only giving out 15 bids and they're being way more selective this year so don't hold your breath on getting a bid there either.
As to the original poster, if you got dropped in the fall, it was likely for a reason. What makes you think you're chances will be better during spring when there's less bids? Unless you made some extreme changes from September to now and have some really close friends in the houses, you're odds probably aren't much better.
