people got to understand the housing situation. in order for sammy to lose that house, phi psi will have to come back on campus, get 35 plus kids, that will all have to be willing to live in the house. this will take a very long time especially since kids joining greek life is declining every year. sammy will have that house for the foreseeable future.

...it didn't take DTD that long and their house was sold to the University which makes it even harder. Doesn't Phi Psi still privately own that house? Both Fraternities have had a long history at WVU, almost 2 centuries if you put them both together.

SAMMY has been here since 2005? or so... That's quite the difference when you account for alumni support and influence compared to Phi Psi. They were easily the top house on campus before they left. Definitely helped contribute to WVU being the #1 party school.
