if you want a house next year, go to Sigma Nu. If you don't go with SAE. Both are good but Sigma Nu is probably better.

SAE has amazing sorority relations and Sigma Nu has their best relations with pi phi girls....a few nice guys in sigma nu and same with SAE, although since SAE has had a house on north high street their "self confidence" level is much higher. sigma nu will have a house next year but theyve never been considered a quality fraternity even when they did have a house, so i don't think much will change for them.
