KA and Phi Sig are good, Sammy's lame.

im also rushing this spring and honestly it would be an easy choice for Sammy if they kept that house for more than 2 years. that the biggest downside for sammy is theyll be homeless in 2 years. but there probably the chillest guys. phi sig will rage the hardsest and has great sorority relations. ka is average just the nicest house. both phi sig and ka have bad hazing and bad brotherhood

your rushing the 3 fraternities with the 3 nicest houses. dont make the mistake of pledging the house instead of the brothers. as far as sororities go phi sig is the only one with good sorority relations.
