The only fraternities that even throw down anymore is Phi Sig TKE PIKE and Sammy. So if your looking for places to pregame before the club or bar, Rush somewhere else. If you want to actually throw parties rush one of these 4

I would probably include Pi Kapp and Sigma Chi in that category as well. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see a greater decline in parties for everyone since the University is getting stingy on aspects such as that since the Moratorium. All Fraternities have parties, socials, and mixers (make no mistake) but for consistent open parties the ones mentioned are pretty spot on.
