pike is so sad

The situation going on at pike is so sad. Every single kid in the frat has been lied to by older brothers saying they will be getting that house back soon and the cycle just keeps going on and on and on. You cant possibly tell me that taking 50 pledges in the fall helps brotherhood, I bet you not a single brother even knows all the pledges names, that's a slap in the face to brotherhood and what a fraternity is supposed to be about. The only reason they took 50 pledges is to get out of the massive debt they are in ASAP but they don't even realize how much work that house needs to be able to be lived in. The inside is completely destroyed, they almost need to just tear it down a build a completely new house, I honestly don't see pike having a house again until 2020, until then all those new kids are just money signs
