there are so few sororities that it's difficult to really tier them like a southern school, but I would say

Guys top tier: Alpha Xi
Girls top tier: Alpha Phi/Kappa Kappa Gamma

Middle: Chi O, AOII, SK, and DG

Lower: not questions, Pi Phi.

everyone should go through recruitment in the fall and see for themselves. But if you ask around campus to un bias people you'll generally get the same answers which is what i did, but what people consider sometimes the best sorority might not be the best sorority for you so see for yourself.
XI, DG, PHI- i'd say these would have to be the top when it comes to social life here.
KKG, EK- middle but still have some fun girls.
CHIO- down to earth, all are different.
AOPII- down to earth as well, have been getting better.
PIPHI- very different from the rest not really involved in the social aspect of greek life.

Top: Phi and DG. Phi's are fun and classy, really popular on campus. DG's are pretty girls, know how to have a good time and are a close sisterhood. Phi and DG are frat favorites.

Middle (in no order): Chi O's are laid back and kind of hipster, chill girls. KKG's love to party but need to work on their sisterhood. AOPi has improved so much, these girls are nice and are getting better every year. Sigma Kappa girls roll deep to everything, but are pretty average. They've gotten a lot better in the last two years.

Bottom: Xi girls are attractive but don't stand out anymore. They're party girls who need to clean up their sleezy image and start being nice to their sisters. Pi Phi girls have gotten a lot better and have potential but need to be more social within greek life. No one parties with them.
