I know Sammy is building a better house after they leave phi psi's how are they in terms of sorority relations, parties and academics ?

Went to my first sammy party last weekend and honestly it was pretty sick. the brothers i met weren't huge douchebags either so thats a plus

their parties are sick but with that house middle schoolers could throw sick parties. doesnt mean much. also, until they are actually building a house dont believe everything they say.
