rushing

by: Geed

I'm looking to rush in the spring and I'm interesting in ΣΑΕ, Sammy, and Sigma Chi. What are the pros and cons of each fraternity?

Rush each house, join where you fit.

The sammys have the current house for several more years. The only thingg they were missing was numbers for getting their house built.

What you're missing most to own a house, let alone build a legitimate house is alumni support. Nationals does not simply put up money for a house. Since you guys are so new I could see you leasing certain properties for the next decade then maybe get a house. Although if you show consistent figures for some time then a loan could become a possibility.

Sammy has an extremely rich national chapter, at a lot of big schools like texas, OSU, penn state, arizona, sammy has one of the biggest houses on each campus. I wouldnt be suprised at all if they built a house when they get their numbers up which they should living in that house

Sigma Chi will only be doing fall rushes, probably going to be hard to get a bid but SAMMY is definitely easy bid and SAE is losing their house man. Don't do that to yourself
