KA is currently the best Frat on Campus. Our house is better than anyone else's and we're a true southern Fraternity

y'all have a nice house....annnnddddd thats about it. I'd say Pike, Phi Sig, and SAE are the overall best fraternities on campus. great guys, great sorority relations.

the best fraternities to fit your description would be Pike SAE Sig Chi.
Phi Sig will give you excellent sorority relations and a lot of parting but no brotherhood, and literally the worse academics. .
