Having a nice house doesn't automatically make you a high tier. The brothers are weird and the parties suck

They think that because they have a great house that they're great guys, I know maybe 3 good guys and have met most of the fraternity. My sisters and I don't and won't go there anymore because of their attitudes.

They've been labelled in the past as a "Date-rape" Fraternity and I think that coinage still catches them with some flak. Whether it's true or not is unknown to myself. However, I have met several decent dudes in the Fraternity and have met several standoff-ish types of brothers there as well. So like all Fraternities it's a wash. Most Fraternities have good dudes and some douches. It's all about finding the group of guys who are worth putting up with some of the undesirable brothers. Once a brother some of the guys will also trest you a lot better as well. You just have to go on instinct in a lot of cases.
