Chances are, sigma chi and their house isn't going anywhere. I heard that the beta organization will be keeping their house even though they disbanded the chapter, but that doesn't mean that they won't rent it out to someone else( ex. DTD owns the house SAE is in, DTD came back and is moving back into it fall 15'). As for kappa sigma, chances are that they are done for a very very long time, if not forever at WVU. They just came to the university in 2008 and lost their charter almost a month before the incident, so it's really debateable what might happen to them.

I don't know where you're getting your information. Kappa Sigma was the oldest fraternity at WVU. Their old website said that they were the first frat on campus. My dad was a KappaSig in 1986-1990. They've been around for a long time. 2008 was a recolonization year. With such a rich history, it would not surprise me at all if they came back eventually. Once all the current members graduate, they could attempt to come back. Beta will probably come back too.
