kappa sig house
by: IntriguedSo anyone have any speculations on what's going to happen with the kappa sig house? Guesses on who's hands it will fall into? All I'm saying is that's a nice house with a great view and whoever takes it over will be one of the top houses for a fact.

DTD is getting their house back from SAE next year, so SAE is in line. But I heard they have a lot of money for a new house. AGR, if they wanna move, could move. Phi delt or Sig EP could move into it. Pike could as well, if they don't want to rebuild their house. Sigma Nu reportedly has a house, but I would try to move into Kap Sigs if I were them. It could be very interesting to see now that beta lost it's charter too, so that's another house up for grabs.
