heavy cuts?

Do upper classmen get cut heavier than freshmen? I was planning to go through as a junior but my best friend is going through recruitment now and says that all of the upperclassmen in her group got heavy cuts while the freshmen received perfect schedules. I don't want to go through if there is a high possibility for not being able to see all of the houses due to something as arbitrary as class status. I'll be here for 3 more years anyway since I transferred.

Freshman get the upper hand but mention how long you'll be at school and you'll be okay
