Delta Tau Delta and soon they'll have the SAE house. They have strong support from nationals with $2 million funds from their Alumni to renovate their new home. Brothers are definitely marginalized, but are on the upswing. A lot of potential to influence as an underclassman as well. You'll get laid either by a GDI or sorority chick...but you'll get laid! ...not just be stuck in a "friend zone"

Youre gonna have to form your own opinion during rush, the bond is going to depend on how well you fit in with the brothers and the other people rushing. But avoid fraternities that just need you to sign your name like the guy said above. Thats not joining a fraternity, thats joining a club.
