From a girls perspective, I'd say Phi Sig. I used to go to Beta all the time last year and the year before, but the newer pledge classes have really brought them down. Beta tends to attract more ratchet freshmen geeds and they've driven away pretty much all the sorority girls. They're also very awkward and don't talk to the people who come up there.
