who is moving into the phi psi house? I heard SAE, DTD, or SN

DTD is getting SAE's house in 2 years, SAE is building a new one, and SN has Fijis. Phi Psi's alumni are paying to keep the house until they are back on campus

They're off campus for two or more years. That house isn't staying vacant

The school does not belong to the university, it belongs to an alumni. Similarly to the Pike house which is just now boarded up, they can do what they wish with the house.
